How We Work

Your call to Triad Custom Decks will be answered by one of our experienced construction managers. If we are unable to answer your call, we apologize, but we may be working on a job site and are unable to answer your call for safety reasons. Please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.

We will schedule an appointment to meet you and discuss your project. After we meet, a proposal will be presented and you will be given time to consider it. Please note that we must limit the amount of time that the quoted price is in effect. The cost of materials, including fuel, changes frequently and are out of our control.

Once you have accepted our proposal, we require a deposit of 50% of the contract price. We will agree on a start date along with an estimate of how long your project will take to complete. It is our policy to stay on each job from start to finish, however, we will keep you informed of any changes to this time frame due to weather or other factors.

Once the project has been completed, we ask for the balance of the contract price. At this time, we accept cash and checks only. It is our goal at Triad Custom Decks to provide a quality product at a competitive price.
